Sleepy Saturday

Hi Guys

Stevie T here with another thrilling instalment of the blog you Love to read.

Not much to say really except we had a reasonably lazy day of it, apart from the singing telegram call to my sister Heather. (By the way for the record I'm 52 on March 2nd)

I came over all weary and went to bed for a couple of hours whilst Maria watched telly and caught up on her e mails. Late afternoon we nipped up to Fareham to visit the bank and have a walk around.

Saturday evening we had a lodge "do" to go to. Very low key and nothing spectacular, barring the fact that we all went out for dinner to the TOBY Carvery at Green Farm Hilsea.

Although it was a bit crowded the food was first Class and despite my feeling a bit nauseous with a low appetite I ate a hearty dinner of Roast beef etc, and a big pudding of ice cream with a smothering of strawberry sauce. Our friends John and Sue acted as Chauffeur for the evening and drove us home for about half ten. A lovely end to a lovely day
