Sorry about the delay but my waking hours have been busy .
Tuesday, for me, began with my chum Richard pitching up around 0900. After a cuppa we went tot the Royal Mail to pick up an undelivered package.
We then hightailed it to the barbers (Ian's) where we both proceeded to get our heads sharpened , and in my case beard and eyebrows as well. Apparent its no longer a Dennis Healy, its now called an Alistair Darling.
See what you think.

Suitably trimmed, we the then went down to Gosport where we promenaded up and down the High Street. It was Market Day and we stopped for a cuppa and a chat in the Harbour drop in centre. I make no excuses for plugging them again, as they do such sterling work.

Suitably refreshed we proceeded on our return journey. It was market day and there was a bit to see and do, however as I became tired we had to stop for a libation in J D Wetherspoons - wonderful.
Arriving home we both managed to crimp out in the day cabin, in front of the telly, (see old naval habits die hard). Maria came in late afternoon after having had her car fixed by which time we were awake.
Maria's daughters Amanda and Samantha (both blog followers) came early evening and it was wonderful to see them. We hightailed it to the HKTB for dinner and it was up to its usual standard. then back home for coffee and chocolate.
All in all, a busy but tiring day.
night night, god bless
