Funday Monday

Morning Blogstres

Happy Monday to you all.

I went into work this morning at Fleetlands to see some presentations by the students.

For whatever reasons they started later than planned which gave me some time to go "Down the Yard." I popped into Sea King and It was nice to seee some friendly faces and chew a bit of fat. People have been very supportive and I feel very humble.

Beside I had to wish some of the few Soton supporters lurking around amongst "the Faithful" best wishes on a rare win - good for them!

The presentations started and what a good standard they were - well done guys!

Unfortunately I couldn't last the pace and had to retire . Chemo has taken more out of me than I had first realised, so it was goodbyes and home for a rest.

No rest for me though for a stream of visitors arrived first Maggie, followed by Charlie, then Karl and Caroline and their we'an Lucy. They were all good company and it was lovely to see them.

Maria arrived home mid afternoon, she'd been over to her place and had lunch with a friend on her return.
All is well in our little garden, and thats just dandy!

Our last visitor of the day Peter, arrived in the evening after his shift and it was good to see him, especially as he didn't make such a hole in the biscuit barrel as last time!
all done it was early to bed around ten PM.
ciao
ciao
