Theres a rumour I've a tumour on my lung (on my lung)
With some asbestosis sprinkled in thereof (in thereof)

The doc says I'll give me back some puff (back some puff)

So I can't wait for it to do its stuff. (do its stuff)

But with chemo I'll be better ere fore long (air for lung)
