One cannot be immune to the fact that Jade Goody and her personal ordeal are subected to the media spotlight.
My take on this is that she knows her time is limited and she is trying to provide for her children as she knows how - good for her! She is dealing with her situation wtih a quiet and dignified manner and can only be applauded for this stance.
No one knows the time they have left in life and I wish her every happiness for her future.
Please keep her in your thoughts.
On a wider issue the vastly increased amount of women, especially young ones, who are now attending their appointments for smear tests etc., is a direct result of the publicty Jade has created about this subject, and this can only be a good thing surely?
Can I also remind you here guys to check things like boobs, family jewels etc,. regularly, and don't be afraid to go to the doctor should you find a lump.
