Chemo again

hi guys

just a few words on today

Just as you start to feel better it's chemo day again. Personally I didn't, I felt tired and like bleugh!

I had another half litre of Gemcitabine, the one that looks just like the Saline solution.

We were lucky as we were the first ones in and were able to be seen first, plus I had it on the bed rather than the reclining chair. We were in for 1000 am and out for 12 o'clock

We repaired home where I had a nap whilst Maria cooked a fantastic lunch of Bangers and Mash with Onion Gravy - Outstanding!

I have a thing about sausages, from my days in the fridge game when I saw them being made, and have gone back to bangers as opposed to the Scot's square sausage.

They say a change is as god as a rest don't they. I like a meaty banger and am quite prepared to pay the extra for it! my favourite is a rough cut country style but it has to be quite juicy and fatty.

As you've guessed they have to be pork, because you are what you eat - OINK!

We watched a video in the afternoon - Maria's Choice - The Da Vinci Code.
It was a good movie and we enjoyed it, however we need to get some new leads and a splitter, as there was a bit of crackling (back to pork again) .
So if any of you blogsters out there are all about on this, please come and see us.

love you all
steve
