If You Can't Take the Heat

It might be useful here to describe the way heat affects me. the warmer or more enclosed a situation is the more i feel nauseous (in fact i was a little sick yesterday). However by going somewhere cool and by that I mean milder, I alleviate the symptoms. All in all it's avoid crowds and warmer places, and above all keep cool. Yo! mah Man!

I still have to remember to take things a bit more sedately other wise Chemo yanks my lead, and sometimes quite drastically.
