Hi Guys
An early start on today's post, the expected highlight being a blood test at Haslar, later this morning.
Its a bit stressful as it's so well attended. there are loads of people and you take a ticket from the wall and wait your turn.
It has a big queue on opening at 0830, just like the sales at Harrods or something, with everybody rushing in and scrambling for a ticket. and it really does my brain in.
Obviously it puts the staff under pressure too, which can't be good?

The wait is about an hour and a half from taking your ticket, during which I normally go outside for a walk, with my companion, or sit in the grounds, which are lovely by the way.
I believe that the consultant is thinking of changing my consultative appointments to Tuesdays so that if there are any problems like the need for a transfusion then they can be addressed before chemo delivery on Thursday.
Hence the blood test on my "off" week.
