My cold or something like it has taken a bit of a hold and i feel quite wretched. I am sneezing for England (maybe I've got sneezles).
This is all happening as I go to see the consultant. Maria says that things like this knock you for six because of the underlying Diabetes.

All I know, is that I thought my nose was running but it's snot! Boom Boom!
I've been trying my best to keep my airways clear as I really don't want it to travel to my chest.Other than that I shall take advice as per medication, later this morning at Haslar.
