Bank Holiday Booty

Hi Bloggers
As part of my exercise regimen and to assist in the promotion of insulin by my pancreas I walk quite a bit as my form of exercise.

To be honest it's all I can just about manage theses days, but a steady pace albeit dead slow (I mean very slow - wrong choice of metaphor) can provide what I need.

So walking around the bootie at Bridgemary School is always an good option.

We tend to go early when it is less crowded and you have more chance of picking up a bargain. The weather, being cloudy, though fine at the moment, looks as if it will turn to rain later so were off shortly.
