Good friday

Single steve here on his last day of freedom.

A very busy Good Friday for us as we have visitors stopping, and no doubt there will be other visitors in the grand scheme of things.

Our first set of visitors was my sister and her family down from N Yorks (They arrived last night) and it was lovely to see them.

They were followed by my old friend Mike whom I haven't seen for yonks.

Early afternoon saw our guests arrive: Maria's sister Tina, and her family arrive. followed shortly after by Maria's daughters who were delivering the cake for tomorrow.

I then got the shaguar delivered to my pal Brian who's going to chaffeur us around.

Simon and Tina brought a W Indian dinner with them prepared by Simon's mum, and all we had to do was put it in the oven. Wow! Was it lush! Fantastic. It was just what the doctor ordered.

The rest of the day was taken up trying to watch telly in between the conversation of the girlies who had now discovered the wine etc. (nuff said guys). I went to bed early as its a big day tomorrow - let everyone else do the worrying.
